2023 Golf Outing and Club Lunch

.

Black Hawk Golden “K” held a golf outing on July 13 at Blackhawk Golf Course.  Twelve members played golf, and one member kept the groups on task.

These were our three foursomes of golfers.

Upon completion of golf, they went to Mac’s Pizza to enjoy good food and pass on their golf stories.

They were joined by 23 other club members to add to the story telling and to enjoy the good food and fellowship.

The pictures are of golfers and members at Mac’s.

Art Castro is awarded a lifetime membership.

At the meeting Art Castro was awarded a lifetime membership. Longtime member Art recently relocated to the Madison area. President Bruce Jorenby and Past President Tom Neumann present the award.

Thank you everyone, the members, the golfers and especially Jerry Langdok and the other organizers.

Golden K Celebrates Independence Day at the Milton 4th of July Parade

Golden K's Independence Day tradition is a float in the Milton Parade.

Dave Kemp, Glenn Disrude, Dave Figi, Steve Johnson, Tom Neumann and other members decorated the truck, placed it on artificial snow, and "floated" it down the parade route.

The weather was great. It is supposed to be hot on the 4th of July!

Thanks to all who helped.
